Sphere Specialist Healthcare Ltd was established in 2021 by Carly Fortune, bringing together the experience and expertise of professionals from across both health and social care.
At the heart of Sphere is a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support that puts each individual at the centre of their care. We recognise that everyone’s needs, preferences and aspirations are different, which is why our support is shaped around the person rather than simply the care they require.
Our aim is to enable people to live fulfilling lives, maintain their independence and continue making their own choices, while receiving the right level of support to remain safe, well and confident in their own home and community.

Aim
We provide a range of specialist high quality and bespoke care services to clients who need support to live independently. We aim to ensure our clients needs are met holistically, to not only support clients to live at home for as long as possible, but also to have an active role within the community and thus and improved level of meaningfulness and greater self-esteem.
We provide services to a wide range of clients including:
- Older people
- People living with a physical disability
- Those recovering or readapting following a hospital stay
- People diagnosed with long term conditions
- People living with a learning disability/autism.
Our Services
We can deliver our services
Within the client’s home itself or various locations within the community in line with the clients individual and bespoke care plan. All services are fully assessed for risk by qualified nurses, occupational therapists or other specialists deemed appropriate for that individual activity or location.
We pride ourself on our attention to detail enabling us to provide a safe, caring and unique service to all.
